HBO To Feature Chiefs In New “Hard Knocks” Installment
Published June 4, 2007
HBO Sports this summer is bringing back "Hard Knocks," a show focused on one NFL team's training camp that last ran in '02. The Chiefs will be featured in this year's edition. There will be five 60-minute episodes on Wednesdays from August 8-September 5. The network featured the Ravens in ‘01 and the Cowboys in ‘02 (HBO). SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL’s John Ourand writes some “assumed that if the series eventually returned, it would appear on NFL Network” (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 6/4 issue).
IRVIN SPECIAL: NFL Films conducted interviews with Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones and reporters who covered Pro Football HOFer-elect Michael Irvin at the team’s training camp at Valley Ranch last week for a special titled “Michael Irvin: The Road to Canton” (FT. WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM, 6/3).
