WRITE STUFF: Since the WNBA Mystics’ training camp began, the WASHINGTON TIMES has received “scores” of form e-mails asking for increased coverage of Mystics games that start, “As a passionate fan of the Washington Mystics ...” The editors also received one that began, “As a passionate fan of the Sacramento Monarchs ...” (WASHINGTONTIMES.com, 5/22). The e-mails are part of a letter-writing campaign on the WNBA’s Web site that seeks to increase coverage in local newspapers (THE DAILY).
