COURT REPORT: Two Toronto exotic dancers yesterday filed an C$18M lawsuit against Heat G GARY PAYTON, Clippers G SAM CASSELL, former NBAer JASON CAFFEY, the BUCKS and the NBA, “alleging they were physically assaulted after rejecting [the players’] sexual advances” in ’03 when the trio played for the Bucks. The lawsuit, filed by ADRIAN CIMPEAN and his wife, VIDA ASANTE, includes the Bucks and the NBA “for failing to discipline players for their off-court conduct.” The players were acquitted of criminal charges in February (TORONTO SUN, 4/11).
