PARK & RIDE: Six Flags CEO MARK SHAPIRO, in a Q&A with the N.Y. TIMES, was asked about the $40 average per guest for one visit to a Six Flags park. Shapiro: “I was watching the news and heard that the average ticket price for a baseball game is in the mid-$20’s. And that’s just to get into the game. Forget about parking, food, souvenirs. And the game only lasts two hours. At Six Flags, the average ticket price is $21, and there are discounts all over the community ... that cut into that even further.
