Dish Network has launched seven new RSNs in HD, including FSN Florida, FSN Midwest, FSN West, FSN Prime Ticket, FSN Rocky Mountain, FSN South and FSN Southwest (Dish)....Insight will make HRTV available to its Classic-service customers in Louisville and Southern Indiana for Churchill Downs’ spring meeting. Churchill Downs Inc. announced last month that its tracks will be switching from TVG to HRTV, which has been available only to Insight’s Digital Choice customers (Louisville COURIER-JOURNAL, 4/5)....Cowboys radio analyst Babe Laufenberg, who quit after the ’05 season, will return to the booth for the ’07 season and will work alongside Brad Sham. Charlie Waters replaced Laufenberg, but lasted only one season before quitting (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 4/5)....HBO Sports won a Peabody Award at the 66th annual Peabody Awards presented by the Univ. of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism & Mass Communication for its documentary “Billie Jean King – Portrait of a Pioneer” (HBO).
