The Yankees’ “Welcome Home Dinner” in midtown Manhattan on Monday night netted about $1M for the Yankees Foundation. In N.Y., Anthony McCarron reports Yankees General Partner STEVE SWINDAL, who was served divorce papers by Owner GEORGE STEINBRENNER’s daughter, JENNIFER, “was not invited to the dinner.” Steinbrenner’s son, HANK, did not attend, but his son, HAL, and son-in-law, Yankees Senior VP FELIX LOPEZ, were in attendance, along with Yankees President RANDY LEVINE, COO LONN TROST and GM BRIAN CASHMAN (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 4/4).
