The race started at 4:00pm ET and “spilled over into primetime Sunday,” helping the net win adults 18-49. CBS won in viewership. The race averaged a 3.9/15 in adults 18-49 from 7:00-8:06pm (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 3/14).
KORN BEEF: USA TODAY’s Michael Hiestand reports ESPN’s Tony Kornheiser, appearing on his Washington Post radio show Tuesday, “complained that he can’t book guests from ESPN.” In eight major markets, ESPN “protects affiliates by restricting access to its on-air talent” (USA TODAY, 3/14).
