The Browns named former IMG CEO BOB KAIN Vice Chair. Kain, who also serves as Chair of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, will advise the team on sales, corporate sponsorship, marketing and communications (Browns). Kain was first retained by Browns Owner RANDY LERNER during his purchase of Premier League club Aston Villa last year. Kain has kept an office in the Browns HQs since that time (Cleveland PLAIN DEALER, 3/14).

EXECS: The Tennis Channel CFO BILL SIMON has added Exec VP/Business Operations to his title. The net also promoted VP/Production & Exec Producer LARRY MEYERS to Senior VP/Production & Exec Producer and named VICTORIA QUOSS Exec VP/Programming & Network Strategy and ROBYN MILLER Senior VP/Marketing (Tennis Channel)....USA Swimming promoted COO MIKE UNGER to Assistant Exec Dir (USA Swimming)....The Astros named Levy Restaurants Regional Dir of Operations MARTY PRICE VP/Guest Experiences. Price is a former GM of Minute Maid Park under Aramark (Astros)....The AHL Houston Aeros named LAURA BACON Account Exec (Game Face).
