NEW WORLD: World Publications has become the U.S. subsidiary of Sweden-based The Bonnier Group, changing its name to Bonnier Corp. and adding the 18 magazines Bonnier bought from Time Inc. World Publications CEO Terry Snow will be CEO of Bonnier Corp., which will maintain its HQs in Winter Park, Florida (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 3/6).
TRADE BAIT: NHL.com drew 1.56 million visits and more than 13.5 million page views on February 27, a record for the league’s trade deadline day. The figure represents a 31% increase in visits compared to deadline day last year. NHL.com for the first time this year included a live stream of NHL Network coverage for fans outside Canada (NHL).
