    The DC area is back on the PGA Tour’s schedule, landing the coveted early July date, and as part of the deal has secured the one key ingredient for any golf tournament’s success: Tiger Woods. Woods will serve as host of the event, and his annual participation (other than this year, since his wife is due to give birth around the time of the tournament) is all but assured.
