Final Nielsen Ratings For Recent Sports Events

The following lists final Nielsen ratings for recent sports events (THE DAILY).
BUSCH LEAGUE: ESPN2 earned a 2.4 final Nielsen cable rating and averaged 2.2 million HHs for last Saturday’s Busch Series Orbitz 300, down 38% and 24%, respectively, from a 3.3 rating and 2.9 million HHs for TNT’s coverage last year. The Orbitz 300 was the most-viewed auto racing telecast in the history of ESPN2, and its seventh most-viewed telecast overall. The race drew a larger HH number than any ESPN2 program in ’06. ESPN.com had 76 million page views over the weekend, an increase of 26% over last year (THE DAILY).
