Cablevision To Carry Sportsnet N.Y.’s HD Channel
Published February 15, 2007
Cablevision will carry SportsNet N.Y.’s (SNY) high-definition channel, which will feature more than 300 hours of HD programming per month, including all Mets home games. The channel will be available to all Cablevision subscribers at channel 730 (channel 731 for Litchfield, Connecticut, residents). SNY will carry more than 120 Mets games this season, starting with an April 3 game against the Cardinals, a rematch of last season’s NLCS. The RSN opens Spring Training coverage February 28 with a game between the Mets and Tigers.
