CFL Continues To See Rise In Average Attendance

The following presents playoff and regular-season attendance for the Canadian Football League, with comparisons to ’05. The CFL’s average regular-season attendance was up 1.8% from ’05, marking the fifth consecutive increase. The Ottawa Renegades ceased operations after the ’05 season, and the ’05 average without the Renegades would have been 29,680, which would have meant a 2.5% decrease from ’05 to ’06 (THE DAILY).
