REAL ESTATE: ANDRE AGASSI and STEFFI GRAF have agreed to sell their 13,000-square-foot estate in Tiburon, California, for $20M. A real estate agent involved in the sale said that the sale price was “$3[M] less than they paid for it five years ago” (MARIN INDEPENDENT JOURNAL, 11/25) ....The N.Y. POST’s Page Six cited a Palm Beach-area resident saying that Buccaneers Exec VP JOEL GLAZER and his wife, ANGELA, “made a mess of a $10[M] home they’d agreed to rent for $60,000 a month — and then left without paying.” Angela “washed the wallpapered walls and had the carpets ripped out because animal fur and mold were making her sick.” But a team spokesperson said that the Glazers “were not told animals lived there before they moved in and that they did nothing to the house that all parties hadn’t agreed to” (N.Y. POST, 11/25).
