Union Properties Obtains Exclusive Right To Develop F1 Parks

United Arab Emirates-based Union Properties has obtained exclusive rights to develop F1 theme parks around the world. The first park will be built in Dubai and construction will commence next month, with the opening scheduled for ’09 (F1Racing.com, 11/9).
