ESPN Radio 1050 N.Y. Drops Cowherd For Local Kellerman Show
Published October 24, 2006
ESPN Radio’s N.Y. affiliate, ESPN 1050, dumped Colin Cowherd in favor of Max Kellerman in the 10:00am-12:00pm ET timeslot. Station officials would not return calls for comment. ESPN said Cowherd still is a significant part of its radio plans and still has about 330 national affiliates. Kellerman had been hosting a show for the station’s early evening timeslot.
