Basket-Bald: Hardaway First Endorser For Grooming Products

New Jersey-based Bald Guyz, a company that makes grooming products for bald men, has signed former NBAer Tim Hardaway as its first official spokesperson. Bald Guyz Founder Howard Brauner said that Hardaway will be the first of many bald athletes, which it calls its “Bald Stars,” that will take on the role in local markets via outdoor signage, radio and print ads, events and charitable work. One example of the way the company plans to utilize Hardaway is by playing on his “killer crossover” dribble with the phrase, “Stamp Out the Killer Comb Over.”

MORE TO COME: Brauner also said the company has plans for Bald Guyz nights at pro sports events, as well as setting a Guinness record for most bald guys at an event. There is also the possibility for a sponsorship around the 7th inning stretch or the singing of the national anthem, when people remove their hats.
