METHODOLOGY: During January ’06, self-administered questionnaire booklets were mailed to households across the U.S. One individual in each household was pre-selected to complete the questionnaire. Parents were instructed to fill out the booklet for young children. Respondents were aged 6+, and were considered participants if they took part in the sport at least once per year (SGMA Int’l).
