Churchill Downs, Magna Partnering For Bid On NYRA Franchise

Churchill Downs Inc. (CDI) and Magna Entertainment Corp. (MEC) have entered into an agreement to cooperate on a joint bid for the New York horse racing franchise that is currently held by NYRA. CDI and MEC are also looking to join other New York racing and business entities interested in forming a larger group to bid on the franchise (MEC).
