DIRT Motorsports elected HARVEY SCHILLER Chair of the BOD. Schiller has previously served as Chair of Assante U.S. and Chair & CEO of YankeeNets, among other positions (DIRT Motorsports).

PR: Speed TV promoted Dir of PR ERIK ARNESON to VP/Media Relations (Speed)....PR and marketing agency Rogers & Cowan promoted HEATHER KRUG to Senior VP. Krug was involved in developing and implementing media relations campaigns to support the NHL’s new advertising campaign and product launches for Coca-Cola, among others. The firm’s clients include NASCAR and The Golf Channel (Rogers & Cowan)....Buffalo Communications named ANDREA LATTA PR Specialist (Buffalo Communications).

EXECS: WILLIAM LOWRY was named Senior Dir of Security & Access of Dolphin Stadium. Most recently, Lowry was NASA Emergency Preparedness Program Manager & Special Agent at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. From ’00-04, he served as Redskins Dir of Security (Dolphin Stadium)....The WNBA named CARLA MCGHEE Dir of Player Personnel. McGhee played four years in the league, and served as an assistant coach at Temple from ’03-04 and at Auburn from ’04-06. She also served as a sideline reporter for ESPN during the ’05 WNBA season (WNBA)....The Lightning named RYAN BELEC VP/Hockey Operations for the ECHL Johnstown Chiefs. Belec will continue in his role as Assistant to the GM of the Lightning (Lightning).
