VICTORY MOTORSPORTS RACING Owner JOHN CARTER said he plans to add former NFLer TERANCE MATHIS and Pistons C DALE DAVIS as partners. Carter said that he and partner ROGER CRAVEN “will retain half-interest” in the No. 37 Nextel Cup Dodge team, which “hopes to run full time” in ’07 (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 6/16).
