TWIN BILLING: In St. Paul, Charley Walters reports a “notion floating around” the Minnesota Legislature is that Vikings Owner Zygi Wilf and Twins Owner Carl Pohlad “might be inclined to assist funding for a [Univ. of Minnesota] football stadium if their respective stadium proposals could get approval” (ST.
