CFL Sees Numbers Rise At The Gates

The following presents regular-season attendance for the Canadian Football League, with comparisons to ’04. The CFL’s total attendance of 2,303,365 this year broke the all-time regular-season record of 2,291,834 set in ’78. Average attendance for the league is up 4.1% from ’04, marking the fourth consecutive year of attendance increases. CFL postseason play continues this weekend, leading up to the November 27 Grey Cup Championship (THE DAILY).
