AIR BORN: OLN, which holds the U.S TV rights to the Tour de France, and JetBlue Airways, which features DirecTV on all flights, is again offering in-flight coverage of the Tour de France to all passengers. The airline this month is also waiving its $50 fee for checking bicycles (JetBlue).
