TUFF HEDEMAN was named Championship Bull Riding (CBR) President. Hedeman
resigned last year as PBR President to produce shows for the CBR and the Professional
Rodeo Cowboys Association (FT. WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM, 5/19)....The Trail
Blazers exercised an option to extend the contract of GM JOHN NASH (Trail
Blazers)....The Flames named Western Hockey League Everett Silvertips VP &
GM DOUG SOETAERT Assistant GM. Soetaert will also serve as AHL Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben
Knights President (Flames).
