    Fox About 75% Sold
    Just over two months before the NFL converges upon Jacksonville for Super Bowl XXXIX, Fox is already filling its advertising dance card. The network is at least 75% sold, on pace with most years, and media buyers say Fox is asking for — and getting — $2.4M per 30-second spot, up from the $2.3M CBS got last season. Ford’s Lincoln division has bought one of those ads, and the brand will bolster its Super Bowl presence by sponsoring SI’s Swimsuit Party the night before the game. Regulars Anheuser-Busch and PepsiCo, along with newcomer GoDaddy.com, will also be there, but noticeably absent are any representatives from the retail and telecom categories.
