| In The Navy: Military Branch Re-Ups With Busch Series ROY |
The Navy has extended its primary sponsorship with FitzBradshaw Racing for a second full Busch Series season in ’05. Armando Fitz and NFL HOFer and Fox broadcaster Terry Bradshaw co-own the team, which for ’05 has entered into an alliance with Chip Ganassi Racing to provide technical and engineering support. The No. 14 Navy “Accelerate Your Life” car for ’05 switches to a Dodge Charger from a Chevrolet Monte Carlo and will be driven by ’03 Busch Series Rookie of the Year David Stremme (FitzBradshaw Racing).
DOES THIS COMPUTE? U.S. Micro Corp. has signed on as the primary sponsor of the No. 50 Arnold Motorsports Dodge for the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series Bass Pro Shops/MBNA 500 in Atlanta this week with Todd Bodine driving. U.S. Micro became an associate sponsor and official computer provider for the No. 50 Dodge team for the remainder of the ’04 season three weeks ago. U.S. Micro previously sponsored Brett Bodine’s team (U.S. Micro).
