SECRETARY’S DAY: Magna Entertainment Corp. SEAN GREELY Racing Secretary for Golden Gate Fields. Greely replaces TOM DOUTRICH, who resigned in August. Greely previously served as Racing Secretary at Hialeah Park from ’99-’00 and at Monmouth Park and the Meadowlands from ’00-03 (THOROUGHBREDTIMES.com, 10/6)....Churchill Downs Inc. (CDI) named D. BEN HUFFMAN Dir of Racing & Racing Secretary for its Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans. Huffman will assume his new duties as soon as CDI completes the purchase of the track, which is scheduled to occur around October 15. Huffman, who served as Dir of Racing & Racing Secretary at Fair Grounds during the ’03-04 racing season, will also continue in his current post as Racing Secretary for both the fall and spring meets at Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, KY (CDI).
