Also, Target Center Dir of Finance PETER STENE has been named Dir of Finance (T’Wolves)....The Trail Blazers named TODD TAYLOR VP/Ticket Sales & Customer Service. High joined the team in December ’02 as Church & Youth Programs Manager (Sounds)....The NLL Toronto Rock named head coach & GM LES BARTLEY VP (Toronto GLOBE & MAIL, 10/6)....In DC, Debbi Wilgoren reports DC Deputy Mayor for Economic Development Eric Price, “who led [DC’s] successful quest for” an MLB team, has been named N.Y.-based Local Initiatives Support Corp. Senior VP/Neighborhood Markets. The nonprofit “helps launch community development in poor urban and rural areas” (WASHINGTON POST, 10/7)....
