Anna Kournikova has inked Lisa Jacobson of United Talent Agency (UTA) for off-court marketing, entertainment and endorsement related ventures. Octagon will continue to rep Kournikova for all on-court activities. Kournikova’s current endorsements include adidas, Omega and Berlei. A new group, called akseven and headed by Wendy Revak, has been formed to rep Kournikova in marketing and philanthropic endeavors (akseven).
THEY’RE HIRED: TENNISWEEK’s Adrianna Outla that Kournikova and John McEnroe will appear at the USTA’s National Tennis Center on tonight's episode of “The Apprentice” on NBC. An NBC spokesperson called the appearance “the single funniest moment on an Apprentice episode to date” (TENNISWEEK.com, 10/6).
