AVP Adds Four New Sponsors
For '03 Season |
AVP Pro Beach Volleyball has signed McDonald's, Gillette, Wrigley's and Nature Valley as new sponsors for the '03 season. McDonald's becomes the official QSR of the AVP, and receives elements including stadium and outer court signage; broadcast units on both NBC and cable; broadcast enhancements including vignettes and billboards; tickets and hospitality; national, regional and local activation opportunities; and rights to all marks and logos associated with the AVP. Gillette brands Soft & Dri and Right Guard Xtreme become the official deodorants of the AVP, and will receive commercial units in all network and national cable broadcasts, on-court signage and on-site activation and sampling rights. Wrigley's Extra becomes the official chewing gum of the AVP, and the company also gets on-site signage and sampling rights during all events. Nature Valley snacks become the official natural energy bar of the AVP, and the company receives on-site signage and sampling rights. Previously signed AVP partners include title sponsor Nissan, as well as Bud Light, Aquafina, Xbox, Gatorade, ChapStick, Paul Mitchell Systems and Wilson (AVP).
