RMG3 Founded, Will Service All Of TEAMtalk's Former Clients

RMG3 on Wednesday announced its creation, upon completion of a management buyout from TEAMtalk Media Group. RMG3 was formed from the combination of the existing U.S. assets of TEAMtalk Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Leeds, U.K.-based TEAMtalk Media Group and RacingOne Inc. RMG3 is a privately held corporation with its U.S. HQs in Charlotte. The company will continue to service all former TEAMtalk Inc.'s clients, and continue to solicit new business in its three core competencies: Media, Marketing and Merchandising. Among RMG3's clients are the WUSA, the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team Players' Association, FIFA, Speed Channel and FoxSports.com (RMG3).
