Johnson will be based in Atlanta and will report to Senior VP & CFO BOB MARTIN (Russell Corp.)....Fox Cable Networks Group named BILL LYONS as VP/Affiliate Sales & Marketing for the Northeast region, and NICOLE MUSSENDEN as Dir of Affiliate Sales & Marketing. Previously, Lyons was Speedvision and OLN VP/Eastern Region, which were formerly owned by the same company until Fox bought Speedvision last summer. Mussenden was ESPN Dir of Affiliate Sales (MEDIAWEEK, 1/7)....FSN VP/Scheduling & Program Operations SHELLY HARPER has resigned to start Sharper Media, a TX-based media consulting company (THE DAILY)....FSN named WENDELL FOSTER as VP/Scheduling & Operations. Foster was Disney Channel VP/Program Scheduling & Planning (FSN).
