Fox hiring NFL analyst Troy Aikman and Fox Sports Net adding Boomer Esiason to NFL This Morning. 2. Westwood One Radio adding guest analysts on "MNF." Martzke notes Fox Sports TV Group Chair David Hill, Fox Sports President Ed Goren and FSN President Tracy Dolgin tied for first as his top execs of the year. ESPN President George Bodenheimer and GM & VP/Programming Mark Shapiro finished No. 2 followed by Turner Sports President Mark Lazarus as No. 3. Martzke: "Hill and Goren increased NASCAR ratings by 29% and boosted baseball ratings across the board. Dolgin improved FSN reach by 11% to 78 million homes. ...
