Revolutionary Motorsports Marketing Seminar Set For Indy

Skip Barber, a leader in automotive entertainment and education, will conduct a one-day soup to nuts motorsports marketing seminar at the Conseco Conference Center in Carmel, Ind., on Oct. 1, 2001 targeting drivers and their management teams. The focus is on the development of marketing partnership proposals and the necessary communications techniques to support the partnership after the sale. Participants will go from A to Z on how to build, write and pitch a sponsorship. The highlight will be live cold calls to prospective sponsors chosen by the audience broadcast throughout the conference center. Guest speaker Carol Sewell, Vice President of Advertising and Sports Marketing for Conseco LLC will use their NASCAR marketing program for her discussion on sponsorship valuation and measurement.
