PLENTY OF NASCAR WINSTON CUP RACES IN NEED OF TITLE SPONSOR
Published May 25, 2001
THE DAILY presents terms of title sponsorship deals for
NASCAR's Winston Cup schedule, including the average annual
fee and length of deal. All deals are cash and barter, and
include tickets, hospitality, signage and limited media.
All sponsorship deals are sold by the tracks, and both of
NASCAR's TV partners, Fox and NBC/Turner, have encouraged
title sponsors to buy ad packages during race broadcasts to
receive multiple mentions. The networks are contractually
obligated to mention the title sponsor only once per hour.
