EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The XFL's Chicago Enforcers named CONRAD KOWAL as VP &
     GM, replacing acting GM RICH ROSE, who will remain with the
     team and league as a consultant.  Since '98, Kowal has
     served as VP/Marketing & Broadcasting at the Chicago Motor
     Speedway (Enforcers)....CINDY DAVIS has joined The Golf
     Channel as Senior VP/Sponsorship Sales and Tournament
     Affairs.  Davis was formerly President of Arnold Palmer Golf
     Co. (GOLF WORLD BUSINESS, 12/18)....Maple Leaf Sports &
     Entertainment promoted ALON MARCOVICI to Dir of New Media-
     Internet (THE DAILY)....FSN Midwest promoted SHANNON RITKO
     to North Region Marketing Coordinator and GEOFF GOLDMAN to
     Media Relations Manager.  FSN Midwest also named LISA
     PISKULIC as Marketing Coordinator.  Previously, Piskulic
     managed luxury suites and assisted in sales and marketing
     for The Family Arena in St. Charles, MO (FSN Midwest)....The
     LPGA named JASON WILDER as Manager of Broadcast Services. 
     Wilder was a Production Assistant at ESPN (LPGA).
