          NOTES: '00 average is compared to '99 and '98 final
     season averages.  Orlando is playing at the TD Waterhouse
     Centre, formally the Orlando Arena last year.  The Hornets
     decreased capacity from 23,799 to 19,925.  The Heat played
     13 games at Miami Arena (capacity 15,200) and 28 games at
     AmericanAirlines Arena (capacity 19,600) in '99.  The Hawks
     are playing in their second season at Philips Arena,
     (capacity 19,445).  In '97 and'98, the team played at GA
     Tech's Alexander Memorial Coliseum (capacity 9,300) and the
     GA Dome (capacity 21,570).  The Pacers are playing their
     second season at Conseco Fieldhouse (capacity 18,500).  In
     '97 and '98, the team played at Market Square Arena
     (capacity 16,530).  This is the Raptors' second full season
     at Air Canada Centre (capacity 19,800).  The team played at
     Maple Leaf Gardens until February '98 (capacity 15,628)  and
     played two games at the SkyDome (capacity 20,125).
