EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Callaway Golf Founder, Chair & CEO ELY CALLAWAY stated
     that he will remain in his current role, but will also take
     on the additional title and duties of company President. 
     Former Callaway President CHUCK YASH will assume the role of
     Vice Chair and Senior Exec VP and will report to Callaway
     (Callaway Golf)....ADAM HOLZER was promoted to VP/Network Ad
     Sales Eastern Region at Fox Sports Net (THE DAILY)....N.Y.-
     based SportVision named STEVEN ROBERTS as Exec VP/Product
     Management and promoted RUSSELL QUY to Exec Producer &
     VP/Media Production.  Roberts, who spent five years at Sony
     Corp., was most recently GM of Global Operations and
     development for Sony Sports Entertainment.  Quy joined
     SportVision in '98 as Dir of New Media Development
     (Sportvision)....DAVID FLEMING has joined ESPN Magazine as a
     Senior Writer, and he will primarily cover pro football.  He
     will also write a weekly column for the magazine's Web site
     at www.espnmag.com.  Fleming spent the past six years at SI
     (ESPN Magazine)....ZENOPHON ABRAHAM has resigned his
     position as President of the Oakland-Alameda County Sports
     Commissioner, the private, nonprofit agency with the goal of
     luring the 2005 Super Bowl.  Abraham wants to "continue his
     work with the commission ... setting his sights on bringing
     high-profile sporting events to Oakland" (S.F. CHRONICLE,
     11/13)....BOBBY UNSER will be the new off-road editor at
     Sports Afield magazine, where he will write a monthly off-
     road vehicle test column (Baltimore SUN, 11/12).
