LISTEN TO THE MANDALAY REIGN: GROUP PROFILED IN TRADE PUB

          Mandalay Sports Entertainment (MSE) is profiled by Ted
     Block of the HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, who notes that the four-
     year old company operates in "three, interwoven divisions:
     minor-league sports franchises, entertainment and
     consulting."  MSE Chair Peter Guber is "pumping considerable
     resources into an ever-changing sports entertainment
     vessel."  Guber: "This is something I have a passion for and
     the tools for.  I see the opportunity for location-based
     entertainment as opposed to digital, in-home entertainment -
     - the physicality of getting out. ... It's not that you
     don't leave home without us -- you leave home to get us." 
     Guber, on MSE's long-term mission: "[It's] somewhere between
     a capital venture and creating a better customer experience.
     ... We're a national sports entity providing triple-A,
     double-A, single-A, IHL -- vehicles that are assets in the
     fulfillment of that destiny" (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 10/23).
