SFX, NORMAN EXPAND PARTNERSHIP AS AGENCY BUYS PRODUCTION CO.

          SFX has acquired the Sydney-based Greg Norman
     Production Company (GNPC), whose properties include the
     joint sanctioned European/Australasian PGA Tour Greg Norman
     Holden Int'l and the Australian PGA Championship.  The GNPC
     will take on the name SFX.  Greg Norman will have an
     interest and continue to play an active role in the venture. 
     The deal follows last month's announcement of SFX's
     representation agreement with Norman (see THE DAILY, 9/11)
     (SFX).  The SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL's Steve Cameron reports
     that under the deal, Great White Shark Enterprises "retains
     the American properties" of the GNPC.  Meanwhile, Norman
     "reiterated that he would not be reducing his role" in the
     Australian golf tournaments (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 10/16).
