NIGHTLY NEWS OLYMPIC TV MONITOR: CBS BACK ON THE SIDELINES

          Last night's 6:30pm ET edition of NBC's "Nightly News"
     had three reports from the Sydney Games for 3:34 of total
     Olympic coverage.  At 22:10 into the broadcast, NBC had a
     0:24 "Greatest Olympic Moment"; at 25:27, a 0:26 update on
     the day's results and current medal count; and at 25:53, a
     2:44 report on sports in Australia.  Last night's 6:30pm ET
     edition of ABC's "World News Tonight" had one report from
     Sydney at 26:11, a 1:38 report on Gold-medal winning U.S.
     wrestler Rulon Gardner.  Last night's 7:00pm ET edition of
     the "CBS Evening News" did not report on the Sydney Games.
