EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Rawlings Sporting Goods announced that MIKE LUETKEMEYER
     has resigned as CFO.  Luetkemeyer was with the company for a
     year (Rawlings)....The Marlins named JULIO REBULL as Exec
     VP, MICHAEL WHITTLE as VP/Administration & Corporate
     Counsel, LUCINDA TREAT as VP & Corporate Counsel and LISA
     MILK as Exec Assistant to the VP/Administration & Corporate
     Counsel (USA TODAY, 9/20)...BRANDWEEK's Terry Lefton reports
     that AND 1 Dir of Marketing ERRIN CECIL-SMITH is leaving to
     form a PR consultancy (BRANDWEEK, 9/18)....Total Sports
     named RICK CASE as Dir of Business Development.  Case was GM
     of the Total Sports Outdoor Network and has been with the
     company since '97 (Total Sports).....JASON WIED was named
     Staff Counsel for the Packers.  Previously, Wied worked for
     Green Bay law firm Liebmann, Conway, Olejniczak for two
     years.  Wied replaces LANCE LOPES (Packers).
