EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          IMG named former Turner Sports VP/Sales-Eastern Region
     STEVEN JUSTMAN as VP/Sales & Marketing.  Justman, who will
     be based in N.Y., is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham
     Univ.'s Graduate School of Business where he teaches "The
     Business of Sports Television" (IMG).  Meanwhile, IMG's TV
     division, TWI, has named ERIC SWANSON as VP.  Previously,
     Swanson served as Dir of Programming Partnerships at FasTV
     and (IMG)....Internet video provider Be Here Corp. named
     ANDREW THAU as CEO.  Thau was Senior VP/Operations & Network
     Development at Fox Sports Int'l (Be Here Corp.)....Oilers
     Exec VP & Assistant GM BRUCE MACGREGOR will retire at the
     end of August.  Oilers President PATRICK LAFORGE said that
     the decision was reached after MacGregor decided not to
     accept a redefined role within the organization.  MacGregor
     was with the Oilers for 26 years (Oilers)....Online soccer
     site Fuxito.com named TERRY HILLERY as Dir of Strategic
     Development & E-Commerce (Fuxito.com)....USA Hockey named
     JIM JOHANNSON to the newly created position of Manager,
     Int'l Activities & USOC Relations.  In addition, Dir of
     Corporate Marketing & Consumer Products AMANDA SANCHEZ has
     resigned to accept the position of Dir of Marketing with USA
     Swimming (USA Hockey)....RacingOne.com named SHAWN AKERS as
     Associate Editor and JASON MITCHELL as Staff Writer.  Both
     will be based in Charlotte (THE DAILY).
