reported that Bucs Owner MALCOLM GLAZER's Zapata Corp., an
"internet-and-fish-byproduct company," wants to invest in
"low-grade bonds," a practice that is "risky," but can be
"lucrative." Zapata is advertising that it has $100M to
spend on "distressed bonds" (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 6/25).
...PRESIDENT CLINTON toured the ARCO U.S. Olympic Training
Center Friday in San Diego to "pay tribute to American

is "taking off a big chunk of the summer to finish a book he
