IMPIRIC SEEKING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

          IMPIRIC is part of a $13 billion marketing service
     conglomerate, Young & Rubicam, Inc., which is currently
     rated among the top five in the world.  Impiric-Chicago
     office is seeking an Account Executive w/min. of 3 years
     experience in event/sports and entertainment marketing. 
     Individuals with well-rounded event marketing experience
     preferred.  Entertainment (music) experience encouraged. 
     Candidate must possess experience and knowledge of an on-
     site tactical planning and execution of events and general
     understanding of advertising and sales promotion.  Position
     includes but is not limited to planning, execution and
     evaluation of entertainment properties and events, specific
     to client's portfolio of sponsorships; interaction with
     client representatives to plan in-store/in-market and on-
     site activities; ability to work independently; detail-
     oriented and interact with various agency and client
     partners.  Requires 30% travel at select entertainment/
     concert events and client's office for minimum of 2-3 days
     per week through end of July.  Midwest candidates preferred.

The second-ever MWC commissioner chats with SBJ’s Ross Nethery about her climb through the collegiate ranks. Nevarez is a member of SBJ’s Game Changers Class of 2019. Nevarez has had stints at the conference level in the Pac-12, West Coast Conference, and Mountain West Conference as well as at the college level at Oklahoma, Cal, and San Jose State. She shares stories of that journey as well as how being a former student-athlete guides her decision-making today.
