MARSICO SAYS HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN DENVER'S SPORTS ASSETS

          Marsico Capital Management Chair & CEO Tom Marsico
     yesterday "contradicted" a news report that he is the
     "latest reported suitor" for the Nuggets, Avalanche and
     Pepsi Center, according to Steve Caulk of the ROCKY MOUNTAIN
     NEWS.  Marsico: "We reviewed those assets several months ago
     and decided we weren't interested in pursuing that
     opportunity.  We didn't find the assets interesting at the
     valuations they were considering" (ROCKY MTN NEWS, 4/18)
