REEBOK SEEKING ALLIANCE SALES MANAGER

          In this challenging role, your goal will be to assist
     in selecting and merchandising our product line while
     achieving set sales goals.  Responsibilities include
     tracking, analyzing and forecasting Alliance sales by
     product, market and individual contributors; creating sales
     training tools and implementing sales communications; and
     developing and managing sales compensation programs for
     sales agents while creating sales incentive reward programs. 
     The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS or equivalent work
     experience plus 4-6 years' in representative direct selling. 
     You must have proven sales and marketing savvy, excellent
     leadership and communication skills and be willing to travel
