EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Millsport promoted DAVID SALOMON from Exec VP/Marketing
     to President.  Salomon, who joined Millsport in '97 from
     NFLP, will be responsible for managing the company's
     business development efforts.  Millsport also promoted
     President BOB BASCHE to the new position of Vice Chair &
     Managing Partner.  In other moves, PAMELA DIMURO was
     promoted to Account Exec and RAQUEL SLEPIAN to Business
     Development Associate.  Millsport also hired CHRIS SMITH as
     Account Exec, VINCE BELIZARIO as Senior Account Exec, TALLY
     TIESING as Project Assistant/Receptionist and MEREDITH
     VALENZANO as Account Coordinator (Millsport). 
          OTHER MOVES: CRAIG NEEB was named ISC's first CIO, and
     will oversee ISC's IT Services.  Neeb was VP/IT at
     AmeriServe Food Services (ISC)....Reebok named ANURUP PRUTHI
     as VP/Retail Operations, responsible for retail finance,
     merchandising, real estate and store construction for all of
     Reebok's int'l retail business, including the Reebok,
     Rockport and Greg Norman brands.  Pruthi joined Reebok in
     '94 and served as both Dir of Finance & Real Estate and
     Controller (Reebok)....The Jets promoted MIKE TANNENBAUM to
     Dir of Pro Development-Contract Negotiations (Mult.,
     3/16)....CBA Fury Dir of Media Relations & Broadcasting ROB
     BROWN is leaving after this season to join the Clippers PR
     Department (F.W. JOURNAL GAZETTE, 3/13).
