FINAL FRIDAYS: UPSON LEAVES FIRST USA; CUTLER JOINS TURNER

          STU UPSON is leaving his position as Senior VP of First
     USA, effective today.  On March 20, Upson will begin his new
     role as Senior VP/Marketing Alliances for batnet1.com, a
     provider of e-commerce marketplaces for affinity
     organizations.  While batnet1 does not currently have any
     sports partnerships, Upson told THE DAILY that it is
     "logical to think that we will."  Senior VP/Affinity
     Marketing PAT REGAN will take over Upson's sports and
     entertainment responsibilities at First USA (THE DAILY).
          KEITH CUTLER TO JOIN TURNER SPORTS: USA Today Baseball
     Weekly Publisher KEITH CUTLER is leaving today after 13
     years to join Turner Sports as Exec VP/Sales and Marketing. 
     Cutler will be based in N.Y. (THE DAILY).
